The free-delivery threshold is based on the product subtotal after promotional discounts. The final P&P charge is shown in the order summary before the customer places an order. Delivery times are estimates and begin after an order has been accepted, paid and dispatched.
Order processing
Orders paid by bank transfer will remain on hold until cleared funds are received and matched to the order reference. Verification or research-use checks may extend processing time. Customers will receive a dispatch email as soon as their order is on its way.
Delivery area
We currently deliver to valid United Kingdom addresses. Available services and charges are shown after the delivery address is entered at checkout. International delivery is not currently available.
Checking a delivery
Customers should inspect the outer packaging and product labels promptly after delivery. Any damage, missing item or incorrect product should be reported with the order number and supporting photographs.
Returns
Because the catalogue contains temperature- and handling-sensitive laboratory materials, returns may be restricted once products have left controlled custody. Customers should not send anything back without contacting Eco Peptides and receiving return instructions.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Where a product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, contact the team as soon as reasonably possible. The customer may be asked to retain the packaging and provide photographs, batch details and other evidence needed to assess the issue.
Cancellation
A cancellation request should be submitted before dispatch. Whether an order can be cancelled or refunded will depend on its status, the nature of the goods and the customer’s statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
