1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the Eco Peptides website and orders placed with Eco Peptides Ltd (“Eco Peptides”, “we”, “us”). Contact email: info@eco-peptides.co.uk.
2. Eligibility and research-use restriction
You must be aged 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract. Products are supplied solely for legitimate in vitro laboratory research. By ordering, you confirm that you will comply with the separate Research Use Policy and all applicable laws.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to present current descriptions, strengths, batch references, prices and availability. Product images are illustrative and packaging may vary. Minor packaging changes may occur without affecting the stated specification. If an obvious pricing or description error is identified, we may contact you before accepting the order.
4. Orders and contract formation
Submitting checkout details is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly state otherwise. We may request research-use, identity, address or payment information before acceptance.
5. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before an order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Bank-transfer orders remain on hold until cleared funds are received and matched to the order reference. We will never ask a customer to use bank details that do not match the approved details published with the order instructions.
6. Delivery
Available services, delivery estimates and P&P charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. See the Delivery & Returns Policy.
7. Cancellations and returns
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. Handling-sensitive laboratory materials may be subject to lawful return restrictions. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
8. Product inspection and reporting issues
Inspect the delivery promptly. Report missing, damaged, incorrect or suspected defective products with the order number, batch reference and appropriate evidence. Do not use or dispose of a disputed product unless instructed.
9. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful procurement, appropriate facilities, trained personnel, storage, handling, risk assessment, disposal and preventing prohibited use or unauthorised access.
10. Liability
Liability wording, exclusions and any business-customer limitations must be prepared or approved professionally. Nothing will exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful.
11. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, photography and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may not reproduce or commercially reuse material without permission, except as permitted by law.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Payment providers and delivery partners may process information needed to complete an order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Eco Peptides Ltd and the customer’s order. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version in force when an order is accepted will apply. Questions should be sent to info@eco-peptides.co.uk.
